Awful service. Amazon delivered it on time no issues with that, but within 4 months of purchase the screen got fused it was all black and the entire phone was burning hot. The phone was not dropped from hand or anything there was no physical damage.. Anyway.. The phone was taken to the service center immediately as it was within warranty ..since then it's still with them the phone number they have provided doesn't work no update from them.. The sc is far away from home yet we have been there for an update but they don't say anything clearly or does not even give a proper date. I would never recommend anyone this phone or even any phones from Asus

IN THIS CONNECTION, I WISH TO INFORM THAT AS SUGGESTED BY THE ASUS EXECUTIVE HARDDISK OF THE MOBILE IN QUESTION WAS RESET AND SOFWARE WAS ALSO UPDATED. THE MOBILE SHOWED SOME IMPROVEMENT FOR 4-5 DAYS AND THEREAFTER AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM OF CHARGING BECOMING '0' WITHIN 2-3 HOURS AND HEATING OF THE MOBILE TO A GREAT LEVEL THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE MOBILE. I ONCE AGAIN REITERATE THAT THERE IS A MANUFACTING DEFECT IN THE MOBILE BUT THE ASUS IS NOT CONVINCED ABOUT THIS
TODAY I AGAIN TAKE UP WITH ASUS AND ALSO EXPECT AMAZON TO INTERVENE AND CONVINCE ASUS FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE MOBILE AS THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE PIECE.
