DON'T BUY THIS LAPTOP. THEY WILL SEND YOU A DEFECTIVE PIECE. I'M REGRETTING BIG TIME. I purchased this on 1st July 2020 and within 15 days the display stopped working. Engineer suspected hardware issue. I demanded replacement as for a fact they sent a defective piece but amazon and lenovo both denied. Lenovo should be banned from our country. I regret for not saving enough money and buying another brand. I regret I got carried away with the new launch. This laptop doesn't even deserve one star. Amazon has also lost my trust when it comes to buying electronic items online. And lenovo can't even comment on their cheap quality product. DO NOT BUY.. I repeat DO NOT BUY .The seller sells defective pieces. You can see in the picture I have uploaded power button light is on without display working.

1. Speed is quite slow.
My earlier laptop which I bought 10 years ago is much faster. Specification say that processor has 1 GHz as base speed and upto max.of 3.6 GHz. But it seems the laoptop runs always on base speed
2. Battery discharges very fast
Battery discharges in approx 1.5 or 2 hrs against claim of 6 to 8 hrs.
3.Price seems high with this configuration. It seems that opportunity cost has been added during Covid times.
In my openion this product is waste of money.

Laptop received on 20th July , So warranty should be started on same date, not from date of order...Suppose I received after one week or a month , who will responsible of loss of warranty for a week or a month.

It seems I am first buyer of this laptop. I ordered laptop on 14th July 2020 and received on 16th July 2020 at Nellore (my relative address) due to lockdown in my home town. So I didnt get a chance to check my laptop immediately. That is my bad luck. After 23rd, I checked Laptop which works fine with 8gb ram ,but it has very poor battery backup. After charging 100 percent laptop, it shows 3 hours for remaining battery backup. I am very disappointed for this. I checked with other reviews also. Now I could not get a chance to return this product. For now, I purchased so many things from amazon. This is very bad experience. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS LAPTOP since we are giving more importance to battery.

The back lighting and the audio levels, suck. Too slow too and the camera is abhorable in clarity. Cheap Chinese mobiles deliver superior image quality and clips. Given a choice, I wouldn't buy this machine even it were free! At the end of the day, you really get what you pay for. This was heavily discounted from the MRP and now, after getting royally suckered, I know why.
And it guzzles battery power, like no tomorrow.
